Over 100 Cities/Counties & 23 States Have Fair Chance Policies

In August 2015 The City of Waco adopted a Fair Chance Hiring Policy to remove delay consideration of criminal record until after a conditional job offer has been made. This allows people to apply and be considered solely for their qualifications and skills, rather than a criminal past. Check out their website for more information.
